Please Help a Struggling Family

Hi, my name is Thomas. I have been disabled since 2012. I used to do factory work and the long hours and physical demand left me with an injured spine. My back pain started in late 2007 but I was able to struggle with the pain up until 2012 when I could no longer cope with it. Since then I have been waiting on the Social Security Administration for approval for SSDI. They are fighting me because of both my age (33) and because back problems are the most common type of injury or disability and thus much harder to get approved for. I have ample medical evidence to support my disability but they continue to deny me. I am currently in the final stage of appeals before the Appeals Council and they are awaiting further medical documentation.
Being out of work for such a lengthy time weighs heavily on a family. My amazing and patient fiance is currently the only one that is able to bring income to the household and we are beyond the point to where we can't keep up on bills. We have three beautiful children including two fraternal twins. Their names are Brooklyn (10), Kylie (4) and Benjamin (4). They deserve far better than I am able to provide and until my SSDI is approved I can't do much financially for them. Since we are so far behind on bills and in debt we cannot afford to do family trips such as to the zoo or to parks. Those kinds of experiences are very important for children. Our family vehicle is also in need of several repairs which we can't afford.
I have been blessed with a beautiful and loving family, and as a man I have pride that is hard to swallow. Asking for help is very hard for me, especially since the uncertainty of my financial future means that I don't know of my ability to repay those that help. As such, I try to "pay it forward" whenever I can to those that I am able to help and now I feel I must ask for help. If anyone can help a struggling family to make ends meet until I can gain approval of disability coverage, no words could describe our appreciation.
