Life Saver Fund

I am asking for donations to help fund a weight loss surgery, "gastric sleeve".  I must have this sugery in order to have an abdominal wall reconstruction surgery which will save my life.  At this point my abdominal walls are shredding like swiss cheese, because of my body type, previous surgeries and morbid obesity.   I have 5 separate hernias, each one a different type. Some of these are threatening my life. A large portion of my intestines has fallen through the abdominal wall and into the peritoneal cavity.   The only thing protecting my intestines from any kind of damage are the thin layers of skin.  I am living with episodes of severe pain, swelling and other problems, which will only get worse as time goes on.  Due to my size, the surgery to correct the abdominal walls and the hernias cannot be performed until I lose an astronomical amount of weight in a very short period of time.  The only way to lose this amount of weight in the time frame I have, is to have the gastric sleeve implemented, as soon as possible.   Should I not be able to have this procedure completed, the doctors cannot guarantee how long I will be able to live with my abdominal walls and the hernias in the condition they are currently.  Specialists have said that  my current condition, I might live at most 5 years.  Before you skip over this simple story or decide to give your donation elsewhere, please take a moment to ask yourself "How much would you pay to save your life?"
