Family in desperate need of help

Facebook.com/gary.martin.56829446 ‌Hi my name is Gary Martin. My family and I live in Garden City, Michigan. I drive truck for a living. Back in October 2016 I had a medical issue and was taken off work for 6 months. My insurance got cancelled so medical bills are piling up. My family is about to be evicted from our apartment we have already gone to court. We owe back rent of $875 by February 2 , 2017 and then February's rent $625 is due on top of that February 3, 2017. My Fiancee and I have a beautiful 7 year daughter. She is in second grade and doing well in school. She is very happy where we live. We are embarrassed even trying this go fund me thing. But we don't know what else to do If anyone can please help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance from the bottom of our hearts.
