I've called the City of Lancaster, Texas. I, was told we don't assist with that. The inspectors/ codes referred me to a contractor. Habitat humanity would rather build a whole house than assist with closing in a room. Make a wish foundation. To me if she wanted to see a movie star or sports player. That could've been made possible. Prioritize what matters.
