Unemployed Veteran - Back Pain

Greetings Everyone:
I am a US Air Force Veteran who served from 1981-1985 Active Duty and from 1985-1987 Inactive duty. I am an Honor Graudate in Administration in Technical Training School.
I am currently unemployed 16 months and struggling financially as I lost my unemployment benefits as of February 2016 (9 mths ago).
Unfortunately, I've had 5 major back surgeries over the last 28 yrs and in pain daily. I have no family members left and my dog near death having seizures, heart murmur causing fluid in stomach. He is my only "family" member and age 14.5 yrs old now. I rescued him from an Animal Shelter in Irvine, CA. when he was about 1 yr old. I love him so.
When employed, I typically work in Procurement/Purchasing. I lost my job in July 2015 and 2 monthgs later my mortgage doubled.
Throughout my life, I have given to a plethora of charities throughout my life believing Christ will bless them as an extension of His hand.
If you could please consider a donation in any amount to help with bills, gas, etc. I would greatly appreciate it.
I could be on the streets literally within 3-6 months. I have over 130 resumes on-the-street and only had 7 job interviews, no offers here in No. Nevada where (according to the Welfare and Unemployment office here in the State of Nevada) unemployment rate is about 30-35%.
