My Story:
My name is Christian von Lehe, I'm 20 years old, and I'm from Charleston, South Carolina.  A year ago I was a substantially different person.  Like most kids straight out of highschool, I lacked direction. I had no passions, purpose or idea of what I wanted to do with my life and I was very self-centered.  After making the decision to take some time off from school and redirect my path, I decided to volunteer for a humanitartian organization called Surfing the Nations; and my life was drastically changed because of it. 

For three months I volunteered my time working with at risk youth, feeding the homeless, and carrying out community projects. This experience lead me to discover my life's passion, helping those in need. I believe that everyone has a calling in life and mine is in humanitarian work.I find fullfillment in giving back to communities, lending a helping hand no matter the task and spreading love and joy to those who are in dark places. 



My Mission:
I am embarking on a journey through Asia to bring light and love to dark places and give back to others.  During this 12 month journey I will be traveling to Hawaii, Vietnam, Thailand, India and North Korea. I will be spending my time volunteering full-time at different humanitarian organizations to: teach kids English, work with at risk youth and homeless, work in orphanages, bring girls out of sex trafficking, and various community outreaches. My goal is to give these people hope through love and compassion. I want them to know they are seen, heard and not invisible.



What I Need & What You Get:
I am inviting you to partner with me on this journey finacially so that I can accomplish my goal.  I take your partnership seriously. Your donations will go towards my travelling costs, costs of living, and to the organizations I will be working with. By partnering with me you are just as responsible for the impact of others lives as I am.
