Widnes Homeless Man in need of help

As many folk in Widnes are aware, there is a local homeless man who resides on the streets near the Town Centre.
It is our wish to supply this gentleman with food, clothes, warmth and a decent donation this Christmas 2018.
People know this gentleman by Joe Baker. I'm unsure of his story but noone should suffer in this day in age. I have personally seen him whilst out and about and bought him food when I've seen him.
As well as the winter being quite harsh in the UK, it's also recently come to light that some folk around Widnes Town have been physically and mentally abusing this homeless man.
All money donations, no matter how big or small will be used as a tab for food places around Widnes town Centre, for when he needs a hot meal or drink.
If you would like to donate clothes a collection point has been set up at Widnes Rugby Club, Heath Road every Monday and Tuesday 19:00-19:30 until 18th December. Thermal clothes, sleeping bags, tents, gloves, hats, socks etc are much appreciated. Any spares will be handed to the homeless around Runcorn, Liverpool and Halton.
