Wendy Welch Memorial Fund
Wendy Welch was a beautiful soul, a solid rock for those who knew her, an endless fountain of love and support. In a devastating tragedy, Wendy passed while on vacation in Cabo during NYE. In wake of this terrible event, we would like to get together and raise money as a community and family to show her family the support she always showed us and help alleviate the cost of funeral services and bringing her back home. Please give what you can in honor of her memory. Rest In Peace Wendy Welch+ Read More
Wow guys. We raised over 7k in less than two days for Wendy and her family. Wendy's parents have decided to take any extra donations after the cost of the funeral and donate it to Rainbow Sandals in San Clemente, CA., a nonprofit close to Wendy's heart. While her parents and her friend who was in Mexico with her were down there to get her home, the Rainbow Sandals people drove them all over, provided them with a place to stay, translated, and then flew them home on their private plane. Rainbow Sandals donates and raises funds to help disadvantaged people and provides not only shoes but other things as well. Wendy's mom has told me that Wendy loved San Clemente, Rainbow Sandals, helping others, and outdoor life and that the outpouring of love and support has been beyond belief. Her friends and family cannot thank you enough for all of your support and love!

Thank you all for your support during this extremely difficult time. Each and every one of you has shown tremendous compassion and overwhelming love for Wendy, and although she is gone, it has been a great source of comfort towards her family and dear friends to know how many people Wendy was able to touch. We have managed to surpass our goal of $5,000 dollars towards bringing Wendy home and the funeral costs in under 12 hours thanks to your generosity and support. Due to this overwhelming response, We have decided to raise the goal to $10,000 in order to make sure that Wendy can get as beautiful a funeral as her life and spirit was. She will always be in our hearts and souls. Thank you again for your support. ❤️❤️❤️
