Congressman Randy Neugebauer nominated the Whiteface High School Band to represent the state of Texas in the 2017 National Memorial Day Parade in Washington, D.C.
The American Veterans Center reviewed his nomination, as well as a video presentation of the band, and accepted the Whiteface Band for this grand event.
The Official Memorial Day Parade of the United States is nationally televised across the U.S., televised to U.S. Armed Forces worldwide, and streamed live online. The Whiteface Band is extremely excited for this opportunity and are honored by the support from Congressman Neugebauer.
The Whiteface High School Band would appreciate all monetary donations from anyone who is able to assist them on their journey to Washington D.C.
