Wayne Brown Assistance Fund

I am a disabled Veteran with Parkinson's and diabetes living in poverty.  I am almost out of food, my electric bill is past due and needs $400 to keep services on, I have no resources, no ability to get more resources and have exhausted any programs that can help me.  Any assitance would be greatly appreciated.
