Warrior Fitness Park Temple TX

I am reaching out to you for support of a veterans project. The Warrior Fitness Park is a proposed facility for the use by veterans undergoing mental health rehabilitation at the Domiciliary of the Temple VA. These veterans may need rehab for PTSD or substance abuse, or in the case of the women, rehabilitation after, military sexual abuse. Many of these veterans are homeless and our live-in residents at the Domiciliary, while receiving treatment. There are opportunities to engage in various exercise programs, such as Tai Chi, Yoga, and fitness classes; during traditional clinic hours, limiting the availability of exercise equipment.  The Warrior Fitness Park provides an activity for Veterans, to continue on their journey to success.  Our friend and member of the Oncor Electric Family, Kendall Kleine, is a veteran.  He was in the Marines from 2008 - 2013. He was stationed in North Carolina at MCAS New River for helicopter mechanic school then stationed at Camp Pendleton. He served two combat tours in Afganistan, one in 2010 and one in 2012.  They are minimally $2,000 short at this point. We want to raise the money in Kendall's name.
