Collegiate Pan America Debate Fund

At Cedar Hill Collegiate High School, we are an Early College High School that helps first generation college students, the economically disadvantaged, and students from racial minorities. We are a public school that helps students achieve not only their High School Diploma but also their Associates Degree so that they begin college with 2 years already completed. This fund is meant to raise money for our students to compete in the annual Pan America Student Forum in San Antonio Texas that takes place in the spring from Friday-Sunday. Money is needed to pay for the hotel rooms, rental vans, gas, and various Pan America Membership fees. The students have to pay out of pocket when we do not raise enough money. Since our students are for the most part economically disadvantaged, many miss out. We want to take as many as possible so that they have an opportuniy to succeed. If a student does well they are asked to come to Washington DC the following Fall to represent their state. It is a great honor and helps the students work toward making connections for their future goals. If you are worried about the legitimacy of all this, below are the links for Pan America and our school. Please fund us if you want to help students in need become futuer leaders of our world. Thank you.
