Hey, My name is Jasmine.  I am 17 years old, and I have Epilepsy.  Epilepsy is a disorder o f the brain's electrical system, were abnormal electrical impulses cause brief changes in movement, behavior, sensation, or awareness, and these electrical impulses cause the seizures to occur.  I started having seizures at the age of 2 and they have been reoccuring.  Doctors have tried all kinds of medical treatment, and in 2012, I had brain surgery to try to stop the seizures.  The procedure helped for a short period of time.  Medicine, treatments and doctor appointments are very expensive.   Now, that I am approaching 18 years of age April, 20, 2016, my parents have to pay for a attorney to assist with legal documents before my birthday.  All donations are greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
