Moving to be with Loved one

Hi, my name is Jon.  Almost 5 years ago now I met my fiancee, Ashley while playing World of Warcraft.  In that 5 years we have visited each other( I live in Washington while she lives in Ohio) but have come to the conclusion that visits cannot suffice.  We need to live together in the same place.  An opportunity involving a house rented by a member of her family has arisen and we don't want to pass it up.  While I am confident in my ability to get a decent job when I move, I am taking some debt with me that is hanging over us and making us question if we can do this or not.  In the 5 years we have been together I have had a medical mishap of which the bill has gone to collection as had 2 cars die on me(currently driving a loaner from parents).  I've always kept up on payments but we are worried that with things looking to be bare minimum for a while that these debts might break the whole deal and cause us to have to give up the opportunity with the house.  Both families have helped more than we could ask for, but if we could elminate for heavily reduce these debts it would be a huge load off our minds.  We cannot stand to be apart anymore and we don't want to pass up the opportunity with the house in question.  Having a house with a trusted land lord is hard to come by these days.  If these debts are lessened or elminated we won't  worry about them and can put money where it is needed more, food for example.  We would be immensely grateful to any help, and would hope to get to a place where we can give back to those in need as well.
