Please help me keep my home

I cannot believe I'm posting this... but, I really could use a Christmas Miracle! Since May of 2016, I have been fighting illness that just seems to get worse and worse. I was in the Hospital in May for a diabetic wound on my foot. Then again in August as it opened back up. It was terribly infected. They ended up doing a second amputation of the fourth and fifth metatarsal. Most of the incision healed, except one spot on the side. I had a VAC machine on the wound all summer and fall. At the same time, Tony, my partner suffered a Cryptogenic Stroke and also could not work. During the next few months, I have been diagnosed with Acute Kidney failure, and on top of all else then... Comes the eye surgery to try to save my eyesight, which has been compromised by blood vessels bursting in the eye. Injections and laser surgery!... My neuropathy has gotten really bad. My feet burn, my fingers have no feeling, and the edema in my legs hurts so bad if I don't keep them elevated. The only time I can get out of the house is for Doctor's appointments. Which are usually 2 or 3 a week, every week. My short term disability has exhausted, and long term has not been approved yet. So, with copays, medications, Transportation, any funds that were left from disability are gone. I find myself in a position I'm not used to. I have worked very hard my whole life to have what I do. But now it seems I am in jeopardy of loosing everything. My home my possessions. My babies... I am so scared for January 1st, because there is no way I'm going to have the rent. I cannot say I enjoyed telling you my story, and thank you for taking the time to read it. I'm just hoping someone will understand and help. I would be eternally grateful!!!
