Startup Fund For Townwatch UK- End Homelessness

We aim to work on a solution for homelessness as our first mission. We have researched homelessness both from first-hand experience and also from the experienced homeless volunteer experiences. Our results will be published once we come up with a proposed solution, but we already have 12 months of walking in the homeless people’s shoes alongside them and will publish our journal in the posts page. This is created by our founder who is a journalist that became homeless, this serves to prove it can happen to anyone. We actively patrol the streets and ensure any homeless people are referred to the relevant service/s, everyone is individual and some require different needs than the majority, we have direct contact with services and also run an advocate service  for those who need it. 

The reason we work closely with local and national charity’s is to provide a wide support network to the community. We publish solutions on homelessness, poverty and many other issues that are affecting communities and we avoid publishing negative news.
