victim of fraud now lost dreams please help

My husband and I had our pension's stolen by scammers 6 years ago. We have been told we will not get money back after they were eventually taken to court. We lost £57,000 and ended up with a £5000 tax bill due to the scam. My husband was in the RAF and it was his RAF pension that was stolen from scammers. My pension was with the local council. We have 6 children , although most are grown now we still have two living at home. We both work hard with low incomes. We have been married 31 years and now we 
have to start our pensions all over again. We don't own anything and looks like we never will. We had plans for retirement but that won't happen now. We are both gutted. I did interviews for the media to stop this scamming ever happening again, We warned others, but have lost our own dreams.. If you could help then maybe our dream isn't totally lost.
