veterans for Vets

First of all let me introduce myself. My name is Randy Teague I'm a disabled Army Vet, a American Legion member, Legion Riders, and a life member of Disable American Veterans. I'm so tired of the only time I hear anything about our Homeless Vets is in a 20 sec. News report or the back page of newspapers. It's time for the American people to wake up, and see the real hardships our Vets are going through. It is time for us to give America a swift kick in the rear, and I have a way to do it. I'm starting a Non-Profit group of Veterans to wake up this country and this is how . I'm putting together a group of 6 motorcycles one for each branch of the service and a POW bike. Each bike will be ridden  by a veteran of each branch, and one for the POW. We will do a charity ride starting from  the Wall in Washington D.C. on May 30th, 2016, and ending at the Wall 36 days later on July 4th, 2016 We will ride all the way around the U.S. covering all 4 corners of this great country a distance of over 10,000 miles which will not only set a world record for the longest charity ride but, also the longest continuous motorcycle ride in one country. That means for 36 days we are going to have the entire country watching  us on TV, the internet, papers, and the Web site.  By the time the ride is over, every corner of this country will aware of our Homeless vets. I'm hoping by the time we get near the end of to the ride. We will have one of the motorcycle manufacture like Harley or Indian  will come aboard and sponsor the ride .What I need from the public are donations to get ride in motion. I need enough money to make the ride happen if we don't get our corporation sponsors. I'm asking all veterans, bikers and civilians to step up and make sure this get out to everyone , share it on Facebook, and any of the other social media, club houses and anywhere people will see it.The funds that are collected will first be used to pay the fees for the Non-Profit, and to build a Web site then we can really get this ball rolling. To my Brothers out there Bikers and Veterans let show the American People what we our willing to do for our Vets, and maybe the government will take notice, and step up and do their job for our Heroes and anyone who has served this great country in WAR or PEACE is a Hero in my eyes and I hope in all  Americans eyes, and remember this will be an election year so all of the canidates will be looking for an edge, and whats better than standing up for  homeless Vets.  (THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING SO LETS GO AMERICA! )
