Our story:
In honor of the late Kenny Jordan and his heart to serve the refugee population, we have put together a small team to go serve in Greece. Kenny had planed on going with a team in January, the trip was postponed but is now back in action. We are excited and honored to continue the mission that Kenny had started!
Our mission statement: "To fulfill our 'Great Commission' through personal relationships with ... refugees by distributing food, water, clothing, medicine, working with the youth and children and provide basic first aid." - Ken Jordan
Short term Goal: To raise funds for our mission trip to Greece. 100% of the proceeds will go toward the missions trip, including, team transportation, team housing as well as to provide funds for much needed supplies for the refugees we are serving. We hope to support the long term missionaries serving in Greece, by proving hands on work, whatever that may be, bringing donations for much needed supples, and sharing the love of Jesus through our actions and building personal relationships with refugees.
Long term goal: We hope to fulfill Ken Jordan's vision of making connections and building relationships for Sierra Pines Church to continue to send short term missionaries and long term missionaries to serve in Greece.
