New Computers for Valley View

Valley View Elementary School is a small school in the mountains of La Crescenta, CA.  There are about 400 students at the school in this small community.

I have served on the Education Foundation for 9 years now.  The school district has continuously cut funding to our school every year for those 9 years.  We as parents work tirelessly to supplement the school's programs and such with fundraisers.  ALL of our money comes from generous donations and contributions.  However, living in such a small community, there's only so much we can get.

The computers at our school are in their 9th year.  In computer years, well...they are extinct!  We desperately need to replace them immediately and we aren't going to receive ANY assistance from the school district.

Please consider giving any amount to help us meet our goal as quickly as possible so that our kids can have the same advantages as most schools do with properly working computers.  The VVEF is a non-profit 501(c)-3 organization, tax id #95-4705459

My pride is set aside when it comes to childrens' education.  Especially my own.
