Spine surgery

I hate doing this, but at this point I have no option. My 4 month old daughter has to see a spine specialist at the beginning of December due to being born with lower spinal damage. The specialist which is three hours from us is going to make a recommendation on how to proceed in a way in which she can have full mobility as she grows. I do work full time, so we have insurance but my van recently broke down on us and isn’t able to be fixed. I need to raise some money to get reliable transportation so my wife can drive my kids safely back and forth from the specialist in Kalispell. I am not able to take out a loan without a hefty down payment right now due to having a new house loan and finishing up college. I know everyone’s probably sick of these but please consider helping us out.
