Who Killed My Brother Calvin?

On October 27th, 2001 37 year old Calvin Coffelt was shot to death in his taxi cab in the area of 12th street and the Maricopa Freeway Access Road. The taxi cab dispatcher advised that Calvin was flagged down by a possible fare at 1st Street and Adams and then less than seventeen minutes later he had crashed his taxi cab after being shot in the head.
I vowed at my brother's funeral to try to find the killer, however, I am not financially capable of advertising on the level that this needs. T.V, Newspaper's, Billboards, etc. I need your help to find my brother's killer. I am sure you would do the same if it was your brother or sister.
I feel like after all of these years, the person that killed my brother would have bragged to someone and along the way made enemy's. Hopefully one of those people will see the campaign and report the information to the police.
