Celebrating Our Veterans needs your help! In January 2015, we were blessed with our first home donated by Wells Fargo Bank. A team of dedicated volunteers, contractors, and local businesses got together to help us undergo a complete rehab of 1012 Buck Street in Millville, NJ. Once completed, Iraq War Veteran Roberto Ortega and his family moved into this beautiful home where his children can enjoy a yard to play in, bikes to ride, and now even their first puppy! There are many more Veteran families just like the Ortegas that are living in deplorable conditions with little or no help from anyone. Celebrating Our Veterans has adopted the 3rd Ward area of Millville, NJ where our corporate office is also located (1011 Buck St). Crime here is on the rise with shootings, murders, drugs, prostitution, neglect, abuse, and more. We need your help to begin making a change in this community! We want to purchase the vacant, forclosed, burned out, boarded up, abandoned homes and vacant lots in the 3rd Ward of Millville, NJ and turn them into Veterans Affordable Housing. One property at a time we will not only help a Veteran in need, but we will also begin the process of taking back this community! Do you live in Millville? Do you care about Millville?
