UST B&E- Team Coman

UST's 2016 B&E efforts will sponsor families who reside in The Family Effect's transitional housing. Please watch the video below to see how The Family Effect is positively impacting lives daily:  "Heal a family, and we all get better."

Any funds raised will be used to purchase items from the families' wish lists, grocery gift cards, and holiday decorations; UST will match dollar-for-dollar and purchase items on Serenity Village's wish list (such as diapers, clothing, formula, and toiletries).

THE WHO FAMILY (Team Coman):
The Who family currently resides at Belinda’s House; they are a small mother-daughter family. Ms. Who battled substance addiction for almost a decade, until pregnancy made her reevaluate her life and immediately seek help from Serenity Place. Ms. Who’s daughter was born premature, but thankfully, she is developmentally on track. Passionate about giving back to her community, Ms. Who has enrolled in college and is studying Criminal Justice; during her free time, she serves as a babysitter for all of the other moms in the villa.

When we asked Ms. Who what items she would like to see under the tree, she provided the following list:

6 month old: Toys for 3-6 months, 3-6 month outfits, bottles, light up and educational toys

Ms. Who: gift cards, XL shirts, shoes (size 8 ½), kitchen blender
