THINK BIG! mikezwicker.com has entered a team in a charity curling tournament taking place on Saturday November 28th, 2015.
We are hoping to raise $500 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarington. 100% OF ALL FUNDS RAISED WILL GO TO BBBS .
Your donation will allow BBBS to facilitate life-changing relationships which will help children flourish into confident and motivated young adults. Children who have the support of a mentor are instilled with more confidence, are more likely to develop positive relationships, do well at school, and end up giving back to their community in similar ways. Many of the little's in the program have experienced hardship, and have a difficult time believing that there is a way out for them. BBBS's goal is to create long-term mentoring relationships that support and guide the little's towards new opportunities and a positive future they otherwise may not have. Mentoring changes the course of children's lives, which in turn changes communities. An donation to this amazing program is an investment in a better future; not just for the children, but for all of us.
