Struggling Mom needs help

After a brutal stabbing in a home invasion, this mom, a massage therapist, took the knife from her attacker with her bare hand by the blade while he was still trying to stab her. This family knew their attacker. It was an obsessed ex boyfriend of the daughter. He was enraged because the mom got a restraining order against him on behalf of her daughter. She was stabbed 8 times, her oldest daughter was stabbed five times defending her mother. Her daughter was stabbed in the heart and miraculously survived but had to have her heart repaired. After missing six weeks of work while her hand healed and to take care of her daughter that had open heart surgery, it has been a struggle to pay bills, medical bills, rent, even groceries.
