Fair DUI

Fair DUI is fighting to protect innocent drivers from bad DUI arrests. We have challenged several checkpoints, including one video that went viral. In August founder Warren Redlich was arrested in Coral Gables, Florida (just outside Miami).

Warren (a DUI defense attorney) is fighting this in both state court and federal court. Money that is contributed will be used to pay various costs of the litigation (including filing fees, Warren's legal fees, and more). If we raise enough we also hope to create a DUI hotline to help connect people to lawyers who get the Fair DUI concept.

We believe that we can stop or at least cut back on checkpoint abuse. We have seen too many innocent people harassed, arrested, prosecuted and even convicted.
