<div> If you’ve ever spent time at RRUFF Dog Park, you know it’s more than just a place to let our dogs run. It’s where friendships are made, neighbors connect, and our four-legged family members get to be exactly who they are. This summer, we’d love to give the dogs something special: a commercial-grade dog pool that meets the City’s health and sanitation requirements while providing a safe place for dogs to cool off during our hot California summers.

<div> Every dollar donated will go directly toward purchasing the pool and any necessary equipment required for installation and safe operation. Any remaining funds will be used for future improvements and maintenance that benefit the park and its dogs. Every contribution helps bring us one step closer to creating a fun, safe, and lasting addition for our community. Make a Splash at RRuff Dog Park

<div>On July 1, our dear friend Linda was hit by a truck while walking her three beloved dogs.

<div>Thankfully, Linda’s physical injuries were relatively minor, but tragically, one of her dogs did not survive. Her other two dogs remain under the care of emergency veterinarians, and while we are hopeful, it appears that complex surgeries and ongoing medical care will likely be needed.
</div>

<div>Anyone who knows Linda knows that she would never ask for help. She is the first person to show up for others and the last person to think of herself. That’s why we’re asking on her behalf.
</div>

<div>Right now, we want Linda to be able to focus on healing, grieving, and caring for her dogs—not worrying about the significant veterinary expenses ahead.
</div>

<div>Linda has spent years giving of herself to others. She is a devoted supporter of a national Service Dog organization and a dedicated volunteer with Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue. She has poured countless hours, endless compassion, and an open heart into improving the lives of both people and dogs. Her kindness has touched so many, and she has given far more than any of us could ever repay.

Help Linda’s Dogs Recover After Tragic Accident

<div>As most of you know,

<div>my daughter Jennifer was involved in a terrible accident. She was T-Boned by a Large Truck at over 80 MPH on Highway 70 and Kempton that fliped her car over and pushed her car almost 80 yards into a light pole and then into a ditch, that has resulted in her having her Spleen and Gal Bladder removed, 3 ribs broken, her diaphragm was completely torn off and lung punctured and her kidney was crushed, her body is completely swollen. They had to cut her arm open to relieve the pressure and the left skull cap was removed to relieve the pressure.

<div>She has damage to her Brain Stem and has not regained consciousness. She will need plastic surgery and many more surgerys in the near future.
</div>
<div>She is in the SICU at UC Davis in Sacramento and is getting the very best care, and they are doing everything possible. She has a nurse that is with her 24 hours a day. We are hoping for a full recovery, but the doctors are saying they are hopeful, but they say it is not likely but they said they have seen Miracles happen. So we are praying!!

<div>She has beat the odds many times in the past as she is a fighter, but she could really use the help with all of the expenses that she is incurring right now and in the future.

Please Help Jennifer Maxwell recover from accident

<div>Hi. We are Wesley Greenfield's grandma and grandpa, Scott and Renee Wagner. Our little man was unfortunately born with TAPVR, a congenital heart defect wherein two of his pulmonary veins were not attached to his heart. Therefore, oxygenated blood was not delivered to his body and was unsustainable long-term. He just completed surgery at Stanford to reattach those veins. He is a beautiful, tough little guy doing well, but his recovery will be long. To be close to Stanford, mom and dad and little Raylan must stay at a nearby hotel for the unforeseeable future. The hotel costs are incredibly high in that area. Plus, there are additional medical expenses, time off work and the cost of meals. These necessary and unexpected costs are well outside their means. We are asking for whatever you can help with and appreciate all who have expressed their positive thoughts and prayers. We feel blessed to have so many loving family members and friends.
