Left kidney failure

I am reaching out for support as my fiancée, who is only 23 years old, is in urgent need of a kidney transplant surgery. Her kidney has not been functioning properly for almost a year, and with each passing day, she is experiencing increasing pain. To help cover the costs of this critical surgery, I have asked my cousin to start a fundraising campaign on GoFundMe.
