This is Tessa. Bright. Cheeky. Creative. Brave beyond words. For more than two years, this incredible little girl has been fighting an unimaginable battle - Neuroblastoma Stage 4, one of the most aggressive childhood cancers there is. She’s endured two bone marrow transplants, endless rounds of chemo and radiation, multiple surgeries, and agonising immunotherapy treatments. Through it all, Tessa has shown a strength and spirit that leaves everyone who meets her in awe. Tessa’s dreams are heartbreakingly simple. She just wants to be a kid - to sleep in her own bed, splash in the rain, swim without fear of infection, and one day have her very own puppy. When she’s well enough, Tessa loves nothing more than shopping trips to Kmart, Popmart and Miniso, wandering the aisles with her eye for treasures and treats. She adores creating masterpieces, from colourful crafts to the slime stalls she proudly sets up to share her creations. Her imagination and creativity bring so much light - she has a spark that can turn even the hardest days into something bright. But time has become painfully precious. After finishing treatment earlier this year, Tessa and her family - her incredible mum Renee, big brother Remy, and dad Darren - were finally ready to move home and start living again. But then came the scan that changed everything. The cancer is back. It’s spreading. And doctors have told her family there may be no cure this time. Now, every day is about love, laughter, and moments that matter. It’s about giving Tessa the chance to make memories - real ones - outside of hospital walls. To live surrounded by the people who adore her, doing the little things she’s been dreaming of for so long. Your donation will help make that possible.
