<div>My name is Ayesha and I'm fundraising to help Mohammed survive.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The following are Mohammed's words from the heart of Gaza:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>"I am the young man Muhammad Al-Sultan from Gaza. My city is Beit Lahia. We lived through difficult days. I was bombed and injured many times, and I escaped death many times. I lost many of my friends and loved ones. I lost my home that was a home for me and my family. We were displaced several times in Deir al-Balah, Jabalia, the camp, the beach, the sands, and Al-Shafa. Many times.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I lived through the 2008 war, the 2012 war, the 2014 war, the 2021 war, and all the wars in Gaza. I have several skills, such as football, that were not achieved because I am in Gaza. I am a good photographer, but the war stole a lot from me, even the dream of a journalist. Therefore, I was injured on May 14, 2025, with the governor, to comprehensive burns in addition to burns in the head and foot. I lived through very difficult days, but thank God, I hope you will participate in my assistants, even if just a little. Thank you".

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Mohammed is a bright teenager from Gaza who is trying to survive amongst destruction, displacement and death. He is now stuck in the Gaza strip whilst his Mother and sister were evacuated to Egypt for medical treatment. The mental toll grows whilst the price of food, toiletries, and medical supplies rises exponentially.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Please donate to support Mohammed and his family.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Sincerely,

</div>

<div>Mohammed and Ayesha.

<p><b>                     بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم</b>
</p><br />
<p><b>Asalamo Alaykom Dear community,    </b>
</p><br />
<p><b> My name is Raheel and I'm running this fundraiser for a child in pain called Abbas. Abbas is a young Iraqi boy living in iraq with his family who is battling Woodhouse-Sakati syndrome</b>, a rare genetic disorder that has caused severe neurological complications and movement difficulties. Every day is a struggle for him and his family.
</p><br />
<p>This child has been through a great deal over the past couple of years. His family, with the support of friends and relatives, has spent a significant amount of money on doctors, medications, and various therapies, but unfortunately, nothing has worked.
</p><br />
<p>His neck is becoming too weak to support the weight of his head. As it continues to bend forward, it places increasing pressure on his spine and nerves, which could eventually lead to paralysis.
</p><br />
<p>Unable to find an effective treatment in their country, the family reached out to a specialist abroad. The proposed procedure involves implanting a chip in his brain to help restore communication between the brain and the nerves, with the hope of helping the affected muscles regain their function.
</p>
<p>But this surgery costs alot of money and they can not afford it alone. And that's why as a mother I'm trying to help them out and surprise them with the hope to end up all that pain and stress insha'Allah.
</p><br />
<p>Your kindness and generosity could help change a young boy's life.
</p><br />
<p>Thank you for your support.

Immediate Aid for Families in Crisis

<div>My name is Freya, and I am, like so many of us, trying to help people in Palestine who are in such a desperate and life threatening situation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have come to know Mohammad over the last, awful months, and after he was injured this week in a bombing of the place he was sheltering, he has taken the heartbreaking decision to try and evacuate from Gaza and asked me to help him set up a fund since he unable to do it himself.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Mohammad is just 17 years old. He was a student like most boys his age, going to school, playing football with his friends and looking forward to studying journalism. All this was taken away from him. His home was bombed, his school was bombed, and all the places he has known his entire, short life, have gone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He has, tragically, lost many family members, including aunts and uncles, grandparents and cousins. He has lost many of his childhood friends. Mohammad has been displaced over 4 times, each time being told to move to safety and then being bombed there. His life is, for us, unimaginable.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>There are thousands of people trying to get out of Gaza, all of them wanting to return to their homeland when they are able.. No Palestinian wants to leave, but the situation gets ever more dangerous every single day.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Mohammad will be evacuating alone, so please help him raise the funds to do this. There are teams in Egypt who can help him when he’s evacuated and he has a brother who is not in Palestine.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Feel free to message me if you have any questions or please ask Mohammad himself.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have a PayPal address for him to receive the funds on..
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With thanks

<div>Nicole Davis and her husband were tragically murdered on October 13th, 2024. If you knew her, Nicole's smile could light up a room. Nicole loved her daughter's Jasmine and Cheyenne and her grandchildren very much. We all are devastated by her passing and people have been asking where to make donations to the family. I created this for her daughter's to handle anything necessary and for anything needed. Please continue to keep them and their families in your prayers. Services are yet to be determined.
</div>

Help Nicole Davis's Daughters Through This Loss

<div>Dear Friends and Supporters,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When I started this fundraiser in January 2024, my dear friend Mohammed Almzainy and his wife Shahd were expecting their first child. Since then, their darling baby girl has been born and, thanks to the help of generous donors from around the world, is healthy and doing well. During the brief ceasefire, she was able to receive her first polio vaccine. (She will need 2 more in the coming months to be fully immunized.)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Mohammed and Shahd were in the midst of earning their master’s degrees when the events of last October interrupted their studies and destroyed their home. Over the past year, they’ve been forced to relocate at least half a dozen times as home after home has become uninhabitable from the bombing. Mohammed’s mother and two sisters have had to live in tents, moving first to Rafah and then evacuating to central Gaza. All 6 members of the family are now together, sleeping on the floor in the living room of a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house they share with 14 other people in Dier al-Balah in central Gaza.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This summer, despite the chaos, both Mohammed and Shahd managed to resume their studies via the internet. They need to walk a mile to get a decent connection, and ten miles to get a connection strong enough to let them take their exams. Shahd has just submitted her thesis, and Mohammed plans to submit his in the next month. Their future is uncertain, though, in terms of work. No one can leave Gaza yet, and the internet is not reliable enough for a full-time, long-distance job — even if you can find a company that will hire people living in Gaza right now.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Mohammed’s older sister was accepted to a university in Qatar, but has had to delay acceptance until the Israeli government allows her to leave. His younger sister, age 9, is being home schooled by family members because no elementary schools remain standing. It’s hard to obtain school supplies like textbooks, writing paper, or pencils for her, but they are trying to teach her what they can so she doesn’t fall too far behind.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Shahd and baby are healthy despite the conditions. There is sewage running in the streets, and clean water is difficult to find. Bottled water is now 10 times its price before the conflict, and even non-bottled water (which is not safe enough for Shahd, who is breast feeding, and her baby to drink) is 3 times the price it was before. Farmland has been destroyed and food stocks have been depleted, so the family is relying on whatever expensive canned food they can find.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Medical care is almost non-existent, and Mohammed’s mother is still waiting for the surgery she has needed for the past year. People with urgent medical needs are being asked to bring their own medical supplies to the hospital, and family members are often required to assist doctors with procedures.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Mohammed and Shahd have managed to keep the bulk of donated funds in reserve for exit fees in the hopes that they will be permitted to leave Gaza soon. However, as the conflict continues funds are increasingly needed for their basic survival. No one imagined that the Rafah exit would not only be closed, but that all the roads and buildings leading up to the Egyptian border would be completely burned and demolished. No one imagined the conflict would last this long with no end in sight.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thanks to your generosity, Mohammed was able to purchase a solar panel that has proved indispensable to their family. With it, they can power a 30-watt fan to keep the baby comfortable in 90 - 100 degree heat. If they alternate usage, the panel also allows them charge their cell phones so they can complete their university studies. Mohammed and Shahd are so grateful to you for making this possible for them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In January, we estimated for 2 months worth of expenses. Thankfully, your donations have allowed them to survive for an additional 7 months. We’re hoping you’ll continue to donate what you can to help them through whatever time remains.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Costs are more exorbitant each day. For example, before the conflict, 3 potatoes cost about 55 cents. Now they cost the equivalent of $41. Fresh food is almost impossible to find, so the family relies mostly on canned goods. A single can of fava beans costs more than $5. There’s no work to help them afford to buy food, so your donations are the only way they are able to survive. They are so thankful for your help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To get the funds to Shahd, Mohammed, and their family, I transfer donations from my bank account in the US to Mohammed’s bank account in Gaza. There are no ATMs left standing, but Mohammed is able to access the funds by going to the bank when possible. The fees at the time of transfer are 12%, and Mohammed pays additional 8% fees as well as providing ID and extensive paperwork to collect the funds. Despite the high fees, we have found this to be the most cost-effective, secure, and efficient way to get the funds to Shahd and her baby.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Originally, Mohammed and Shahd had 9 family members (including themselves and their baby) in Gaza. Just before the Rafah crossing was destroyed, 3 members of their family were able to leave. Now Mohammed is trying to keep about $52,000 USD in reserve for travel expenses for the remaining members of their family (Mohammed, Shahd, their baby, his mother, and his two sisters) to have ready if they are allowed to exit.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Previously, we had a general idea of the exit and travel costs. At present, it’s not clear what amount will be needed. Costs could be more or, if there is humanitarian aid to cover some of the costs, less. Below I’ve outlined their expenses so far and our best estimate for how much the family may need through December.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Exit and Travel Expenses
</div>
<div>Border crossing = 6 * $6,000 = $36,000
</div>
<div>Passport fees = 6 * $150 = $600

</div>
<div>Welcome to Watermelon Relief!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We're a group of dedicated activists who have been on the ground in Gaza since the very beginning of the war. Our mission is clear: to assist displaced families during this critical time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our team is committed to making a difference in the lives of those affected by the war.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With your help, we can provide practical support and organize relief activities to make a real difference in the lives of those affected.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Each meal for 3 people costs $3-5, and your donation directly impacts our ability to provide these essential meals. We cook a variety of dishes, including pasta, ma'adas, mujaddara, meat, rice, and various sandwiches, to meet the physical needs of the displaced. Additionally, we offer vital psychological support to help them through this challenging period.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79506985_1713120467970842_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The situation is dire, with over 1,500,000 displaced individuals in Rafah alone after the war. We distribute meals to displaced people in camps on the Egyptian border and inside the cities of Rafah and Khan Yunis, and we hope to expand our reach further north soon.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How your donations will reach Watermelon Relief:</strong>
</div>
<div>Since the money raised can't be sent directly to Watermelon Relief via GoFundMe, I will be withdrawing the money to my bank account. From there, the money will be sent directly to the team at Watermelon Relief via wire transfer.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your donation, no matter how big, will help us continue our efforts on the ground.

Watermelon Relief: Aid for Displaced Families in Gaza

<div>Hi,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Anas Sham… I’m a Palestinian who is currently living in North Gaza. Long story short .. my city is destroyed… my home is destroyed .. my people are gone. It’s been more than 100 days of war now… everything is gone. You can see I have documented this atrocity on my Instagram [email redacted]m
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are all feeling helpless and powerless as we watch the tragic events unfold in our city.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Despite everything I’ve lost … despite waiting helplessly for this war to end ... I’m reaching out to raise funds to help me and my people during this difficult time. I humbly ask you to help me feed and shelter all the homeless and helpless people around me. The weather here is getting worse, my people are living out in open with lack of clothes and blankets. We are drained, dehydrated, starving, and cold. We’re facing a severe humanitarian crisis and therefore I urgently need your support to help raise funds to re-build my home and gather humanitarian aid such as food, water, medical aid, and tents for shelter.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support means more than just financial aid, it's a gesture of solidarity and compassion in the face of humanity. Our heart bleeds for our ummah and the least we can do is pray, make dua, and donate.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: "This ummah is like one body, if one part is hurt then the whole body suffers". Our people need us now more than ever!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please donate generously and share this around.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>May Allah SWT reward you all.
</div>

<div>With gratitude,

Support Anas and his family rebuild their home

<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/77835293_1706053940329117_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div>Hi, My name is Mohammed El Helou. I am 22 years old living in Gaza. I graduated from university with honours in media and journalism. I never imagined I would have to use what I learned to document the genocide of my own people for over 100 days.
</div>
<div>I have lost all that I had. My home was obliterated, along with all of my possessions. During the chaos of the bombardment, I lost my laptop, and around £15,000 worth of filming equipment such as my camera and lenses.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Shortly before October 7th, I was diagnosed with cancer of the thyroid. Although a worrying discovery, the cancer was contained in my thyroid and very treatable. The surgery was scheduled for October 9th, and obviously had to be cancelled due to the assault on Gaza that ensued. Completely overwhelming and collapsing the entire healthcare system.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I devoted everything I had left in me to cover the aggression against my people, despite worsening symptoms from the cancer, and a broken heart. I was forcibly separated from my family, and received no news of their whereabouts or safety. After an agonising wait, on day 92, a miracle happened. I found out that my mother, father, brother, and sister were still alive!
</div>
<div>They are trapped in the North with no food or water, exposed to relentless attacks from the air and land. They are in dire need of evacuation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have dedicated all of my time, day and night, risking my life to showing the world the atrocities being committed against the Palestinians of Gaza.
</div>
<div>The situation in Gaza has become incomprehensible. We are being targeted by airstrikes, tanks, snipers, and chemical weapons. We are trapped. There is no food or water entering Gaza, and disease is rife.
</div>
<div>Now it is time to take care of myself. I have to prioritise my health and my family need desperate help. We need to evacuate Gaza, and I have to travel to receive urgent treatment for cancer before it is too late.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It costs around USD $8000-$13000 per person to evacuate. I also need to cover the expenses of travel and cancer treatment. Please help me secure our futures and rebuild our lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I kindly ask for donations to assist me in saving mine and my family’s lives.
</div>

<div>Thank you so much in advance ❤️

Urgent cancer treatment and evacuation needed!

<strong>Rafat Saeed was a loving husband and step-father to two girls aged 15 and 12, whom he raised as his own. Rafat was a 36 year old Muslim Iraqi man who came to this country to escape the war. Rafat obtained his citizenship just last week, then passed away. He was shot and killed point blank during the holy month of Ramadan.  Rafat was the sole provider for his family, and now his family is at a loss. He was one of the nicest people and was loved by everyone who knew him. He always did everything for anyone without thinking twice, he was there for anyone at anytime. Now their family is reaching out to society for help covering the cost of the funeral, and overall expenses they may need to cover to support the family. Please remember that any donation in any amount towards this family will be greatly appreciated, and if anyone is unable to donate, please share this page as many times as possible so that Rafat's family truly has a chance to get all the help they can. </strong>
