A mature-aged mum leaving a domestic violence shelter and expecting twins Is in desperate need of help.
She has just moved out of a DV shelter and is expecting twins very soon. As she has no vehicle she needs a pram to bring the babies home from hospital. She is a small-framed woman who would struggle to manoeuvre a heavy pram up and down stairs, meaning she needs a lightweight one complying with Australian standards. Givit (Goods for a Cause) raised this desperate requirement recently and I can't even imagine leaving hopsital with not 1 but 2 newborns on public transport. Please help me to send this survivor a brand new twin pram and capsules that both her and her new babies can be comfortable getting around in.
