In 2014, Houston’s Transgender Women of Color United for Change (T.W.C.U.C) had its first Transgender Day of Resources and Healthy Living event, which had a tremendous and amazing turnout with an extremely diverse group of people in attendance. We had multiple vendors, workshops and hundreds of transgender and gender nonconforming attendees. This event brings education, support and resources to the transgender and gender nonconforming communities. This year we are happy to announce that we are adding resources specific for the Intersex community and the I am She and She was Me! The Transgender Day Of Resources and Healthy Living is an event that has been said to save lives and we are asking for your support and commitment to these worthwhile endeavors.
