Help save my blog it's my therapy

My name is Lysa and in January 2012 I woke up with random pain in my left foot. After several months and doctors I was diagnosed with a rare disease called RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) and within five short months I was in a wheelchair as the disease had spread to my right foot as well. The past year the disease has really progressed and I find my self isolated and alone a lot. Writing and blogging is my form of therapy and I'm about to lose my blog which would crush my soul. Welcome to my Circus has become an outlet for me to tell my story and a form of real therapy for me.
Well on December 9, 2015, I have to pay $110 in hosting fees plus $12 for my domain name in order to keep my blog. Then there is the monthly cost of internet that we can barely afford when times are good but now I'm about to lose that as well. The monthly bill is $50 per month and to finance my blog for the next year I will need $600 to pay for the internet up front. I am also in desperate need of a new laptop and have been pricing some gently used Apple MacBooks as well as some an ASUS Chromebook Flip and have found them to be about $250. My laptop is literally on it's last leg and I'm not sure how much longer it is going to hold out. So I'm looking to raise $1500 to cover these expenses that are a vital part of my soul as my blog and my writing are what give me a reason to not sleep the day away and they help fight off depression.
You see my husband has been out of work for three weeks now and before that he worked for one week and was out of work for three weeks before that. I do not have an income as I'm unable to work and I'm still fighting the Social Security Administration to get my Disability Benefits. Needless to say we are behind on everything. My husband, Kenny, will be returning to work soon but all of the income he earns will go towards paying our bills and catching us up. That leaves me without the luxury of paying for my blog. I usually don't ask for anything that I am unable to provide for myself but I'm desperate here and the only thing I could think of was reaching out to all of you. I just can't lose my blog.
If you live in or around the Phoenix-Metro Area and would like to help I am asking for donations for a fundraising garage sale. We all have one or two or even dozens of things that are just collecting dust around our houses because we no longer use them. Why not put them to good use by donating them to my cause so they can find new homes at my fundraising garage sale to be held Friday, November 13, Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15, 2015. Any and all help on those days would be much appreciated as well.
If you have items to donate please leave a comment or send me a message letting me know exactly what you have and we can make arrangements either for you to drop the items off or for my husband to pick them up. We have already begun to accept items and will continue to do so until Sunday, November 8, 2015, as we will need time to get ready for the garage sale.

For those of you not local or that don't have anything to donate to the garage sale we are asking for a one time contribution anywhere from $1 to the sky is the limit really. Any help you can offer will be so very appreciated as I just want to be able to blog and raise awareness about RSD and tell my story so that maybe one less person will have to suffer the way I have by sharing my nightmare of a story.
I have even written an eBook called "Blogging with Circus Peanuts ~ Volume One ~ The Ultimate Guide to Free Stock Photos" as a way of raising money but haven't sold nearly enough copies yet. You can check it out on Amazon or Gumroad whichever you chose and it will also be available in print soon as well.
My hosting fees are due on December 8, 2015, so I need the funds by December 4, 2015, so I'm able to pay for my blog in time and so that I don't lose the domain name. I would like to also pay for an entire year of internet service and hopefully get that much needed new laptop at the same time so that there are two less things for me to worry about.
