We are three mates who pride ourselves on our friendships and the connections we have made in our life time. Due to the recent suicide deaths in our community, we have started a mental health podcast targeting young men, with the aim to develop a culture in today’s society which allows young men to talk openly and honestly about mental health issues and how they affect us in our everyday life. 

We will be partaking in Movember to raise awareness for mental health.

The money donated will be put towards covering operational costs and towards the R U OK foundation.
