Indoor skatepark

I started this project last year after the closing of the only indoor skate park for about 150 miles in all directions. I have been to several banks with the proposal’s and business plans and I have done everything required to open the business. The only thing missing is the loan down payment ($20,000) and I also need an additional ($20,000) in collateral or cash to secure the loan amount of $100,000. We have found several locations that would make a great area to build the park but we are lacking serious money to secure these buildings which is mainly why we need this loan. If we were to open we would offer several things alongside an indoor skate park such as foam pits, trampolines, parkour areas, skate lessons, and equipment rental and park rentals. Putting money into something you can’t yet see is hard but as a skater myself I can’t stand not being able to do my favorite sports in the winter or when it’s too hot or raining.
