Truck for Trent

Short story: Trent got scammed and robbed of his hard earned truck fund. We're trying to help him get a truck.
Details: Trent is a great kid who just learned a very tough life lesson about trust. I’m hoping that together we can help restore this wonderful young man’s faith in people.
Trent made a decision when he was 15-years-old that he would work hard and save up to buy his own truck. For the last two years he worked every chance he could. Over the Summers he worked for the Great Dismal Swamp refuge and for Beach Street USA (assisting performers who visit the beach to have a smooth show.) He dog-sit, cut grass, and every other type of odd job to raise funds – even forgoing summer vacation to work towards his goal of owning his own truck. The plan was to purchase his truck by November of 2016 – and he rocked it! After months of saving and searching he found a truck he loved, which he could afford, and sent his hard-earned money to the “seller” he found on eBay.
The seller was a scammer. All Trent’s money is gone and there don’t appear to be any viable steps to getting it back. As you can imagine, he is devastated. Two years of sweat and effort – GONE – and no truck. So.. we can say “Poor kid” and move along, or we can come together and be a light for this young man. Every little donation will help get Trent back to where he was. Please help us get Trent a truck!
