Maxs Hurricane Michael Toy Drive

Donation protected
Max is 12 years old. He attends 6th grade at Brighton Elementary School.  Recently Max came up with the idea that he wanted to help the victims of Hurricane Michael. He has family from the area that suffered loss and devastation.  Max put a plan into action himself. He bought clothes using his own money and he gathered his toys and books he had outgrown and we took them to PanamaCity and distributed them. It lasted all of 2 minutes and the supplies and clothing were gone. Max was sad that he didnt do more so he came up with the idea to do a relief drive on his own. He approached his mayor and wrote letters to other mayors in neighboring towns. He got a drive started at 2 of his schools in his area. He has began setting up a lemonaid stand in front of Lipscomb City Hall. Yesterday he raised 26.00 selling cupcakes and lemonaid. His goal is to raise as much money and goods as he can. Use part of the funds to rent a uhaul to get the goods there and anything left over buy hard to find items that the victims might need such as generators, chainsaws, tarps and anything else that might help. If you cant or wont donate money, we understand that. You can drop off material such as gently used clothing and toys, food items, bottled water, diapers, wipes, baby food,  pet items, first aid items, toiletries, school supplies, paper products, and anything else that anyone could use at Lipscomb City Hall. 5512 Avenue H, Bessemer Alabama.
Max's goal is to fill the uhaul with these things and deliver them to the people November 2nd. Its a big task and a big dream. He needs your help to accomplish it! Please share if nothing else. Thank you. GOD BLESS
