Tribe Fans Got Scammed

My brother, Zach and I have been life long tribe fans. When the Indians made it to the SHIP we decided to try and buy tickets. Of course, everyone knows how tough it was to buy World Series Tickets to Game 1 or Game 2 through the Indians' box office when the site kept crashing.
We decided to meet in Cleveland and buy tickets through a woman from Canada offering tickets to Game 1. She had 8 tickets and she was selling them through her travel agency where she is a travel agent. But, in the end she was merely a scammer.
It was our dream to go to a Cleveland Indians World Series game, but we never thought we would fall victim to a scam.
We made it to Cleveland and we will #rallytogether with our fans. We're trying to recoup our money and possibly buy tickets for game 2. Any help would be immensely appreciated.
