There is nothing like having family and friends support you when you are at your lowest of lows. Making the decision to break up your family would be devastating and heartbreaking, even when you know it’s the absolute best thing you can do for your children.
 
Kimberly needs our help. Most of you know the circumstances around Kim’s split with her husband and the therapy that is needed for her and the children after years of living in a negative environment. The court system alone is a huge disappointment but you have to have faith that things will be right in the end and that Karma really will show her face. Sometimes that is just not soon enough when you can barely make ends meet and aren’t receiving any kind of child support. At every turn you have to fight to survive, keep your children sane and happy, keep a roof over your head, and all while someone is constantly throwing stumbling blocks at you, trying to make things difficult.

It’s rather embarrassing asking for help when you have pride in yourself and have been raised to always do the right thing and actually have morals. Who wants everyone to know how bad they are struggling and what is happening in their personal lives? On the other hand, these people, the people that love and cherish you, will be the ones to carry you through during dark times whether being there to bring you up when you are down, help you move, babysit, feed the children, clothe the children, get a place of your own…OH and the lawyers…

The main things that are currently needed are the funds to obtain a lawyer that will represent the children. This is due by next week, the week of January 23rd. This way they can get help immediately, getting started with some much needed therapy and make sure they have just the basic necessities.
