Transportation for a charity organization

Please join me in making a difference. I'm raising money for Soul for Christ Ministry Inc., a nonprofit, tax exempt, charity organization in Oak Cliff area, Dallas Texas.  Your donation will help this ministry to continue to make a difference in the life of others: the elderly, low income individuals, the homeless, mentally ill, single parents and children. The ministry had 3  (15 passenger) vans: 1992, 1999, 2001 but, 2 of the 3 vans are now completely  out of commission, broke down & irreparable. Your financial support for a fairly used van will be a great relief to this ministry. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much. 

Registered in 1999, incorporated in 2000, and became tax exempt in 2001, Soul for Christ Ministry Incorporated is helping more than 170 families a week with array of supportive services including but not limited to food, temporary housing, life skills training, health education and computer classes. We have also, AA/NA support group meetings on site, helping those struggling with addiction. Our adult literacy, job training & job placement program are coming soon.

In 2018, the ministry housed more than 70 individuals with an average staying of at least 90 days. We provided life skills training & health education to more than 55 participants. We provided individual counseling to those needed it, and computer class to many adults. The ministry gave away more than four hundred and sixty two thousand(462,000) meals in form of groceries and hot meals to the homeless individuals, the elderly, low income neighbors, single parents and children. Our 1st Annual Easter Community Health Fair on March 31st attracted about 600 beneficiaries, and 42 vendors. Services provided included haircut for the homeless, street-side shower, blood pressure, cholesterol check, dental services, diabetes, hiv/aids test, vital signs, etc. PLEASE HELP US to continue to help those in need!
