Transgender Child taken from home

Please note that I am Fundrasing on behalf of a friend. Due to an injunction all information must stay private. The injunction prevents the family from speaking out and revealing names of the legal individuals involved in fear of being prosecuted. After the child being taken away, my friend wishes to fight again to get their child back.
On the 9th February 2016 Justice ----- removed a 6 years old trans child from their mother. The ruling was made contrary to the expert views of the court-appointed professionals and the Local Authority.
The mother was unrepresented and the child was taken from their bed at 10 pm. The heartbreak is unimaginable. It is a living grief for the family involved. The mother and her family have had no direct contact with the child for two years. They are subject to an injunction to prevent the family from speaking out.
There were no evidenced concerns regarding this family’s parenting. The mother sought NHS advice and took her child to the only professional service she could find, so her family could better understand and support the condition her child presented with. The service was Tavistock and Portman GIDS. The judge said exposing a child to a child-focused NHS gender assessment service like this was abusive and advised the specialist service cease involvement.
The judge also said before he removed this child “transgender children do not exist, it is a buzzword like mindfulness”.
The truth is, a child and supportive family are now traumatized because of this monumental failure. A childhood and normal family life are stolen when a child is wrongfully taken.
Please help us to raise the necessary £20,000 to cover the family’s legal fees so this prejudice can be recognised and a child can be rightfully reunited with their loving mother and family.
