Save Elaine a Mom in need

Donation protected
In 2010 my sister Elaine was given grave news, she had progressive kidney disease stage 3. Elaine took immediate action quickly becoming a vegetarian and incorporating active lifestyle into her everyday. Unfortunately even through all her efforts she has still been unable to slow down the progress of her kidney disease leading to the need for a transplant. As soon as the need for transplant became necessary every member of our family got tested to see if they were compatible unfortunately for us none of us in the family are. Elaine is a mother of three; 2 girls & 1 boy and also a survivor of domestic violence. Needless to say she has suffered a great deal and overcome many obstacles in her life up to and including when her former hospital caused her to lose all of her donors due to their unprofessional handling of her case. Not only was she asked to have multiple teeth removed but the surgery was rescheduled three times in one week when her then donor asked what the problem had been for all of the rescheduling they said that Elaine could easily survive with dialysis and someone more deserving should be given the opportunity for the transplant. This caused her donor to become nervous and in the end change her mind. Back in December through a plea on Facebook Elaine received media attention about her disease but through the actions of her former Hospital New York Presbyterian Elaine lost all the donors that she had acquired through her media search. Having always had a pioneer spirit and wanting to stay strong for her family she was trying to bear the brunt of everything on her own but this is not something that she can overcome alone.
I asked my oldest niece what she would tell people if she could ask them for help it broke my heart watching her hold back tears but this is what she said “Please help us. My mother was sent to die by her last hospital. I hope you can help us soon. If not we will all be heart broken. Please don’t let that happen. We, I will miss her soo much if she does. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not let that happen to us.” I didn’t know what else to say but I’ll do my best so that is what I’m asking of all of you too.
This is why I am now taking over in searching for help for my sister. I am now asking, begging, and pleading with all of you to donate to the cause of saving a life, a mother, a sister, a daughter and a best friend. With your help we can change the course of her life and the life of her children. So I ask you to please donate and share this post if you can’t donate then just please share this post. With your help, the help of social media and her new hospital Montefiore I am hoping that my sister Elaine will have a new kidney and new hope to live a happy HEALTHY long and prosperous life.
Any donations made towards this will all go to support Elaine financially through her medical journey and to help cover any costs that the donor might acquire (etc.travel, food, medical).
Donations come in all forms including prayers, good wishes, happy thoughts, transportation, baby sitting and passing this post alongjust to name a few.  If you can’t donate money please reach out and ask, you never know how that could help thank you......
I asked my sister about her symptoms because kidney disease isn't like cancer where you're familiar with them, its one of the silent killers. This is what she responded to me.
