100 Holes for 100 Years

For 100 years the Fredericton Golf Club has been operating as a not for profit organization in our city.  It continues to be a huge part of our community, providing a safe, fun place for people of all ages to enjoy the sport of golf. 

For me as a Junior Golfer, the FGC was an excellent venue to learn respect, patience, commitment and character as a young person, the game of golf is all about honesty and integrity, two very important pieces to the puzzle of life.  To this day the FGC provides myself and many of my friends a great place to share a laugh, challenge oneself and enjoy the game of golf.

In recognition of FGC's importance to the community, to the members and to the young people who are picking up the game or thinking about picking up the game our team will attempt to play 100 holes of golf in one single day, June 20th, 2016.

Funds raised from the event will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society, in recognition of all the wonderful members who have fought that tough fight and also to the FGC Junior Golf Program, a very important recipient that will help foster the continued success and viability of this important club.
