Tire Clean up and Disposal

Rhonda Williams had a trespasser dump a large load of tires on her property to avoid the cost at the local landfill. There are a plethora of volunteers willing to go pick them up and dispose of them, I'm just looking to reimburse those that have taken their time and money to help out a fellow neighbor!
