Tiny home for Ned Green and Mary

Ned green is my neighbor and very good friend. He was told a few months ago, that he only had a few months to live. Ned has been battling cancer ever since I've known him, and he's beat it several times. This Time It's Different. And due to Neds health the condition of his home is at its worst. He lives in a very old single wide mobile, and the roof is caving in, and there are many places in the floor that any moment could fall through. I would like to help Ned leave a lasting gift to his wife and caregiver Mary. Without Mary in Ned's life, I am afraid Ned would have left us a long time ago. So it is my wish to build this tiny home on their property for Ned to rest his final days, and know Mary has a good roof over her head for many days to come. This money or just make sure that they do not have to drain evevy last penny they have before he passes.
