Re-build Ancient Tianmen Temples

This is what remains of the main temple and the pagoda at Tianmen Shan near Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province, China. Tianmen Shan or Heavens Gate Mountain is an incredibly spiritual and stuningly beautiful place. Those who have visited it know how special it is. It just moves you. Myself and a group of friends are raising funds to try to get the main temple, the Guan Yin temple, the pagoda, the site access, surrounding walls and buildings rebuilt to return the site to its former glory.

A picture of Mr Yen. He does his best to care for the site but does so put by sacrificing his livelihood. He shelters in the ruined outbuildings and stays on the site (away from his family) to try to look after it and protect it. When we visited and promised to try to re-build it he was in tears. A moving moment.
