Thief stole gifts and Papas ashes

Last night my sister went and got our 5 kids Christmas presents. She got home, went in the house to get help loading everything in. We heard a car Peel out of the driveway, we ran out and all the gifts were gone. Among the gifts were 3 heart shaped lockets that had my father's ashes in them and engraved with "papa" and his dates. They were for the 3 older girls. We lost my father last year to his battle with emphysema and the pain is still fresh in our heart. We sat the kids down and explained what happened and they were devastated, not because of the toys, but the priceless meaning of the lockets. We spent what little extra change we had on these and am not asking for much. We would just like to be able to replace the lockets due to their meaning and importance to our girls.
