The Nite Kite

I am raising money for the first glow-in-the-dark kite that is able to be flown during the day and charged while flying and then able to be seen when the sun goes down or using glow-in-the-dark material and attachable glow sticks.
The money I need for the tooling is about $3000. Then need money for packaging and prototype built finally distribution which will be picked up and looking at a cost of $2.65 for the manufacture wholesale will be $6.00 and retail will sell for $10.99
