The Jacksons' House Burnt Down!!

Kris Jackson is one of the most generous people I have ever known. He and his family have blessed my family multiple times, and they have done it for others too. They are wonderful volunteers at my church where I pastor, and such an integral part of our our community. Kris grew up in Fort McMurray and has so many memories of a community that once was small but grew large as the oilsands expanded. Those memories included the house that he grew up in as a child. Years later this house would be the house he would raise his own family in. 

On Tuesday, May 3 we were all told to evacuate the city as various communities began to burn down. Beacon Hill was one of the hardest hit, and the Jackson's home was completely destroyed. And as if the loss of a childhood home wasn't enough, there was no house insurance, as Kris had mistakingly let the policy lapse. So they are left to rebuild on their own financial backs.

Kris and Susan have two sons; Tim is 21 and Luke is 6. This is an incredible family that have given so generously and I would love to see that generosity returned to them. I'll make the first donation and I hope that you'll follow suit!
